With the holiday season in full swing, Transportation Security Administration (TSA) personnel shared important tips for packing and traveling efficiently at Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport on Thursday, December 19.
TSA officers demonstrated best practices to travelers, including how to properly pack and travel with firearms in checked baggage. A board showing prohibited items was also displayed for curious travelers.
According to an official airport press release, Clinton National Airport expects a 7.4 percent increase in departing passengers this holiday season. Between December 15 and January 4, around 80,208 travelers are expected to pass through security checks, compared to 74,685 last year.
