As part of Knight with ShovelIn celebration of Yacht Club Games' 10th anniversary, it will return to where it started, with the original Shovel of Hope game – but this time, it's getting the “DX” treatment! You may remember some titles from yesteryear benefiting from the same treatment after their first execution and now we have Shovel Knight: Shovel of Hope DX.
This is a new “enhanced edition” of the Shovel Knight adventure that started it all. Aside from Steam, no other platforms have been confirmed (but a Nintendo release seems very likely given the series' history) and we don't have a release date yet, but we do know it's “soon”, so I hope there will be It doesn't take long to get there.
The DX version will introduce some exciting new features such as the ability to choose your champion from a lineup of 20 unique characters. Then there's a new feature to 'Rewind' and save states to take the pressure off the platform. You can even enjoy cooperative action in local and online multiplayer. And there's stereoscopic 3D to top it all off!!
