Sunbeams and sound waves here in AUS! We want you to sweat on the beach, not in the terminal this summer season. This is why we installed large fans in the terminal. Our airport is getting cooler and cooler between new non-stop services and new air conditioning systems.
Now, if you're running to catch your plane…we can't help you if you're sweating. However, we can provide you with practical travel tips to avoid a rush out the door. Last summer, we set our record of 2,040,981 passengers in one month! So trust us when we advise you to arrive early as the terminal can be crowded, better to have some free time than to miss your flight.
Itβs a marathon, not a sprint β Get there early!
Get through security safely β pack properly!
