Stewart International Airport Adds Direct Flights to Popular Vacation Destination
Another direct flight to a destination in Florida has been added.
On July 10, 2024, the Port Authority New York and New Jersey have shared information about New York Stewart International Airport.
They shared that this announcement is about expanding services with new routes to a popular holiday destination.

Which airlines will be flying from Stewart International Airport to Vero Beach, Florida?
Passengers will be able to fly from New York International Airport in Newburgh, New York, to Vero Beach, Florida. The flight will be operated by Breeze Airways and will begin in November 2024.
THE Port Authority New York and New Jersey also mentioned that this flight option will be available twice a week, on Thursdays and Sundays.
They explained,
“It builds on Breeze Airways' other successful services from New York Stewart, including routes to Orlando and Fort Myers, Florida, and Charleston, South Carolina.”
Sullivan’s Catskills also shared their excitement on social media. They called Stewart Airport “their backyard airport” and mentioned that Newburg Airport will add direct flights to Vero Beach, Florida, via Breeze Airways.
Sullivan Catskills also mentioned that there are 12 direct flights from New York Stewart International Airport.
