About the role
As a QA Manager at Luxury Escapes, you will play a central role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our platform as it evolves. You will build and lead a small, highly technical QA team responsible for developing and maintaining end-to-end automated test suites. Working closely with product teams, you will champion QA best practices and contribute to the overall QA strategy across the organization.
What you will do:
- Design and implement a department-wide strategy for automation testing.
- Own our end-to-end automated test suites (we use Cypress, Jest and Circle CI).
- Design robust test plans for major releases and collaborate with teams to execute them.
- Identify gaps in our automated testing process and work to continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of quality control at Luxury Escapes.
- Hands-on coding, automation scripting.
- Hire and manage additional quality assurance engineers.
- Help us publish quickly and with confidence!
