RateHawk, a provider of online booking technology for agents, today announced a major rebrand at World Travel Market in London, which includes an updated corporate identity, strategic reimagining and new logo.
The rebranding would honor the “invaluable” role of travel agents, advisors and other industry professionals around the world.
RateHawk said it remains steadfast in its commitment to developing tools and technologies that empower travel professionals.
Felix Shpilman, CEO of Emerging Travel Group, RateHawk's parent company, said: “The rebrand reflects the natural evolution of RateHawk.
“In its seven-year history, RateHawk has evolved from a B2B hotel reservation system to an advanced platform that offers one of the most comprehensive hotel offerings on the market and provides a full range of travel services.
“What sets us apart is our product-driven DNA, which guides our approach in all our endeavors.
“This forward-thinking mindset allows RateHawk to drive innovation in an industry historically known for its resistance to change and limited online presence.
“Our goal is to free our partners from the challenges of navigating digitalization on their own.
“RateHawk remains committed to actively engaging with our partners to tailor our products to their specific needs.
He said: “We are developing tools that enable professionals to improve the sale of travel services, introduce solutions for doing business remotely, launch new payment methods and procedures, while providing a exceptional customer service.
“With RateHawk, partners can rest assured that they are not alone in their demanding profession – they benefit from best-in-class products and professional support. »
He added: “The rebranding initiative is a reflection of these transformative advancements. »
The new visual identity features a black and yellow palette, preserving RateHawk's established heritage while making it more “dynamic and memorable.”
The brand's basic yellow color has a new, more “lively and dynamic” tone.
The updated logo maintains continuity of the original design, retaining the iconic falcon imagery from which RateHawk takes its name.
The outline of the new logo exudes increased confidence and boldness, aligning perfectly with the falcon symbol.
Introducing a new element to the design system, the yellow spotlight serves as a symbol of the “powerful flow” that energizes RateHawk partners.
The new RateHawk website with the new changes was revealed today, while the first physical manifestation of the rebranding can be seen this week at the World Travel Market in London, November 6-8, 2023.
Localized versions of the renowned platform will be released throughout the month.
