Warner Bros. Animation, Cartoon Network Studios and Hanna-Barbera Studios Europe announced the green light for three new series during their Studio Focus presentation in Annecy. The studios also previewed a slate of projects currently in development.
The three green lights are based on existing intellectual property: a reboot of Foster's Home for Imaginary FriendsA Adventure time spin-off series and a reboot of Regular show. Craig McCracken and JG Quintel, the respective creators of Foster And Regular showare both involved in new releases of their series, but Adventure time creator Pen Ward is not involved in the latest iteration of Adventure time.
Here are the details of the three green lights:
Foster's Funtime for Imaginary Friends (preschool series, Cartoon Network)
Description: A young group of preschool imaginary friends learn from an immature older friend, Bloo, who unintentionally makes a mistake. Foster's Funtime for imaginary friends! is a preschool series derived from Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Cartoon Network's highest rated original from 2004 to 2008. Through the years, Foster has remained a global fan favorite, and the original audience of 6-11 year olds have grown to share this imaginative, hilarious and relatable series with their own children.

Description: Adventure Time: Side quests take it Adventure time the franchise dates back to the early days when Finn was just a kid, eager to fight monsters and embark on epic quests with his best friend Jake. In standalone episodes, our heroes take on the classics Adventure time villains like The Ice King and reconnect with notable supporting characters from the original series.

Adventure Time: Heyo BMO (preschool series, Cartoon Network)
Description: In the fantastic land of Ooo, the little BMO robot is embarking on a new adventure! Now settled in a new neighborhood with new friends, BMO takes on every challenge he faces with his unique enthusiasm and curiosity in an effort to learn and fill his database.

Untitled Barbara throws a Wobbler project (preschool series)
Description: Based on the popular children's book, Barbara is a little cat with BIG feelings. Most of the time, Barbara feels like any other cat: she likes to chase a ball of yarn, play hide and seek, watch TV with her cozy blanket or read a bedtime story. But some days are different, Barbara feels a BIG feeling, and sometimes it's SO BIG that she can't keep it inside.
