We all know about Huntsville's growth and the accolades the Rocket City has received in recent years for being a great place to live, but a recent survey ranked Huntsville as one of the top travel destinations.
The Points Guy, a travel website, has listed the Best Places to Travel in Septemberand Rocket City is on the list. Here's more:
Ideal for traveling in September
Huntsville wasn't just ranked among the best places to travel in September in the United States. Points Guy's list includes cities from all over the world.
Here's the list, according to the new poll:
- Huntsville, Alabama
- Iceland
- Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
- Umbria, Italy
- Braemar, Scotland
- The Hamptons, New York
- South China
- Napa Valley, California
- Zurich, Switzerland
This is a pretty impressive company when it comes to travel destinations. Huntsville made the list largely because South Star Music Festivalscheduled for September 28-29 at John Hunt Park.
The festival features Gwen Stefani, Blink-182, Jane's Addiction, Jimmy Eat World, Luducris, Sublime and many more.
