Bex suggested flying to Milan Malpensa from Manchester Airport, a return flight offered for just £11 with Ryanair. Her independent trip took two days.

Bex said: “This trip was in January so bear in mind prices will be higher in season but I always tell people to travel out of season as it is very quiet and you can still have great weather, like I did.”
