Finnish airline Finnair is making crossing the Atlantic easier this fall and winter with a flight sale for travelers who plan ahead.
The sale, which must be booked by June 11, is available for travel from November to February with prices starting at just $440 round trip, the airline shared with Travel + Leisure. Finnair serves Europe from six destinations in the United States: Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Miami, New York and Seattle.
“As the heat of summer approaches, we know our customers in the United States are already dreaming of their wonderful winter getaways to Europe, so we're excited to launch this new sale,” said Pasi Kuusisto, General Manager of Finnair for North America. a statement shared with T+L. “Finnair flights provide an important connection between the United States and key markets in Europe and Asia, enabling important trade routes to thrive and giving vacationers access to far-flung destinations. So we know that the sale will be warmly welcomed.”
Travel to the happiest country in the world with round-trip flights to Helsinki, the capital of Finland, from just $447 round-trip, or to Tallinn, in neighboring Estonia, from just $446 round-trip. Flights to Riga, Latvia start at just $440 round trip; flights to Vilnius, Lithuania start at just $446 round-trip; and flights to Warsaw, Poland start at just $444 round-trip as part of the sale.
Travelers looking to go a little further can head to Delhi, India, from just $793 round-trip with the sale.
Under the promotion, travel to Europe is valid from November 5 to December 10 and January 8, 2025 to February 28, 2025. Delhi tickets are valid from November 3 to November 27 and January 8, 2025 to 28 February 2025.
Finnair operates a fleet consisting mainly of Airbus as well as Embraer 190 and ATR 72-500, depending on the carrier. The airline offers several types of tickets, from the “superlight economy” fare, which does not include carry-on baggage, to the “superlight economy” fare, which does not include carry-on baggage, up to business class complete options with a lie-flat bed with mattress topper and Nordic-inspired meals on long-haul flights.
