A new outdoor New Year's Eve experience is coming to the Cascade Mountains just in time for 2025.
On Tuesday, December 31, visitors can begin their snowshoe excursion in the Cascade Mountains and hike through the snow-covered forest under the winter sky. With guided support from Wonderlust Tours, visitors will then head to a hand-carved snow amphitheater.
The paid experience will continue at the Snow Amphitheater, where guests will be greeted by a roaring bonfire.
During the hike, guides will share their knowledge of the Cascades, highlighting the unique aspects of the Bend, Oregon landscape. Under the right conditions, guides will also be able to point out the main constellations that might light up the night sky. .
The naturalist guides are knowledgeable in their field and will give you an overview of the planets and stars in addition to touring the constellations.
This experience will be different from the stereotypical New Year's Eve experience, but Wonderlust Tours always has the party at the forefront of its minds.
Once visitors have settled around the roaring bonfire, delicious drinks and desserts will be served, suitable for those looking for a peaceful, outdoor New Year's Eve. Although reservations are limited, visitors have the opportunity to reserve individual lecture theaters to surround themselves with the friends and family they love.
A special blend of hot chocolate infused with hazelnut espresso vodka will be served to guests, and once midnight strikes, champagne will be distributed to ring in 2025. Desserts are locally sourced, making the experience even more unique in the Cascade Mountains. in Oregon.
