Restaurateur Eugene Remm began his career at Level V, the bottle service spot that was an early outpost in the reinvention of New York's Meatpacking District 20 years ago. He then opened his own spot nearby. TenJune — a nod to its birthday — was a celebrity magnet in the 2000s, a staple of gossip columns that defied all downturns amid the Great Recession. Remm turned his attention to restaurants in 2011, when he opened the first fish-focused Catch location. He has since grown what is today Catch Hospitality Group across the United States, through sister brands Catch and Catch Steak, in cities from Las Vegas to Aspen, Colorado.
