California travelers are gaining attention on TikTok for revealing some must-see places in the United States.
Stephen Jiroch and his wife, Giselle, are content creators who have been traveling the world for years.
Jiroch told Fox News Digital that he and his wife learned photography during the pandemic and took car trips to find beautiful places on their own land.

“We visited 35 of the US states together, and it’s been incredible these last four years,” he said.

With 1 million followers on their social media account called The Lovers Passport, the pair shared their best suggestions for places to visit in their lives.
Although the majority of places on Jiroch's must-see list are national parks, he said it speaks to the beauty of the United States and said travel abroad is not always necessary.

Here are eight places in America to consider adding to your bucket list.

Sequoia National Park — Tulare County, California
“The first one that comes to mind is Sequoia National Park,” Jiroch said, adding, “This place blew us away because (it has) the tallest trees in the world.”

Glacier Bay National Park — Southeast Alaska
“You can see all these glaciers calving into the ocean, and it has one of the largest glaciers in the whole world,” Jiroch said of Alaska’s Glacier Bay National Park.
Jiroch also noted that taking a cruise to the area can be a great way to see the phenomenon up close.

Great Smoky Mountains – Tennessee
“We just went to the Great Smoky Mountains in Tennessee, which we found super unique,” Jiroch said.
“For us, growing up on the West Coast, we don't think of the East Coast as being very mountainous… because there are so many on the West Coast,” he added.

Jiroch said the national park is the most visited one in the United States and was “breathtakingly beautiful.”
The Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee were renowned for their breathtaking views and for being “world-renowned for their diversity of plant and animal life, the beauty of their ancient mountains” and much more, according to the National Park Service. (Giselle and Stephen Jiroch)
Na Pali Coast State Wilderness Park — Kauai County, Hawaii
This national park on the island of Kauai is wild and full of beauty thanks to its “insane cliffs,” Jiroch said.

“There’s this beautiful blue water that leads to these cliffs a thousand feet above – just beautiful,” he added.

White Sands National Park — New Mexico
Jiroch recommended visiting White Sands National Park in New Mexico, especially at sunrise.
“We asked for a permit to enter at sunrise,” he said, explaining: “Usually in the park at sunset there are hundreds of people everywhere… but if you ask for a permit to enter at sunrise, Special entrance to enter in the morning, we had everything to ourselves.

Rocky Mountain National Park – Northern Colorado
Jiroch said Rocky Mountain National Park is one of his and his wife's favorite places.
“I think it's a very underrated national park because everyone talks about Boulder and all these other areas, but there's so much hiking and so many beautiful lakes that are really accessible just outside of Denver,” he said.

Zion National Park — Southwest Utah
“It’s such a beautiful and diverse place,” he said, noting that there are different perspectives to take in the views through hiking trails and rock climbing.

Yosemite National Park — California
Jiroch added a spot to the list, which was on his and his wife's TikTok page.

“Our favorite is Yosemite,” he said, adding, “If I had to tell a person who is visiting the United States or living in the United States, places they should visit at least once times in his life, that would be on a personal level.”
