American Express Travel released its annual report Trending destinations list Thursday, featuring the hottest places to explore in 2025. The list is based on travel bookings made by American Express Card members, made up primarily of millennials and Gen Z, and information from the network of Amex Travel travel consultants located in 23 countries.
“We want our cardholders to experience everything travel has to offer,” Audrey Hendley, president of American Express Travel, said in a statement. “With our global travel expertise, guides like our annual list of trending destinations and accommodation programs like The Hotel Collection, we help our cardholders plan all types of trips and inspire them to explore new new places.
