The Rootead Enrichment Center's First Annual African Masquerade will be an unforgettable evening! This formal event will be an opportunity to express yourself with your favorite mask and experience black joy in community. The event is aimed at adults ages 21 and older and will feature hearty entrees, a cash bar, dancing and a prize for best mask.
