Must-Try Menu Items in 2024 Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival
ANAHEIM, Calif. – Disneyland Resort guests can enjoy an assortment of special foods, beverages and experiences during the Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival, which will take place from March 1 to April 22, 2024. Participating restaurants, select carts and ten festival markets – including the new plant-forward Earth Eats Market – scattered throughout Disney California Adventure park serve up irresistible bites and drinks inspired by the diversity of California's culinary scene. Select locations in the Downtown Disney District will also offer specialty menu items to celebrate this year's festival. Sip and Savor Pass
Guests can choose to purchase a Sip and Savor Pass*, which can be shared among friends and family, or used during multiple visits to this year's Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival. New this year, customers can choose between two types of Sip and Savor Pass: a new four-coupon option and the eight-coupon return option. Each coupon is redeemable for a selected food item or non-alcoholic beverage at participating festival markets or restaurants. More details are available at Disneyland.com.
Exciting new offers
This year's festival features more than 80 new dishes to discover, including:
- LA Style Baja-Style Fish Taco: Coleslaw, cilantro-lime cream and pico de gallo (plant-based)
- Peppers Cali-Ente Shrimp Papas Locas: Bacon Cheddar Potatoes with Jalapeno Cheese Sauce and Chipotle Shrimp
- IMPOSSIBLE™ Earth Eats Chicken Parm Bites with tomato and cheese sauces and grated parmesan
- Paradise Garden Grill Loaded Baked Potatoes: Seasoned Steak Tips and BBQ Baked Beans topped with Cheese Sauce, Zesty Coleslaw and Green Onions (Plant-Based)
- California Craft Brews Cheeseburger Bao with Thousand Island Dressing, Grilled Onions, Pickles and Tomato Relish

From specialty cocktails to mocktail creations, the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival offers a wide selection of refreshing new drinks. Notable highlights for 2024 include:
- Matcha fig latte from Golden Dreams: Matcha, soy milk and coconut simple syrups, topped with a sweetened fig and oat cream and garnished with matcha powder (Non-alcoholic)
- LA Style Spicy Strawberry Cocktail: Gin, strawberry and tamarind purees, strawberry syrup, pineapple juice, chili spices and Tajín chamoy, all garnished with a tamarindo straw
- D-Lish Huckleberry-Citrus Cooler: Gold Peak black tea, blueberry and agave syrups, grapefruit soda and lemon and orange juice garnished with an orange wedge (non-alcoholic)
- Earth Eats Watermelon and Cucumber Mojito: White rum, watermelon liqueur, mojito and cucumber syrups, watermelon puree and lime juice topped with Topo Chico and garnished with a watermelon spear with a twist of Tajín.
Dishes inspired by various Californian cultures
Many of the menu items draw inspiration from the diverse cultures and cuisines of the Golden State, while incorporating a distinctly Disney twist. These unique creations include:
- Chicken Musakhan from Paradise Garden Grill: Spicy Roasted Half Chicken and Sumac Onion Compote on Flatbread with Mediterranean Salad and Garlic Yogurt Dip
- LA Style Carnitas-style pork belly with Habanero Esquite Corn Salad, Chili-Lime Seasoning
- IMPOSSIBLE™ beef stroganoff from Earth Eats: Egg Noodles tossed in Cream of Mushroom Sauce with IMPOSSIBLE™ beef and sour cream
- Ballast Point Brewing Co. Calabrian Chili Glazed Salmon: 6 ounces pan-roasted salmon topped with a Calabrian chili glaze served over carrot-parsnip puree and miso-marinated bok choy

- California Craft Brews Caramel S'mores Pie: Graham cracker pie shell filled with caramel and chocolate ganache topped with a toasted marshmallow
- The old-fashioned Frozen from Golden Dreams: Alcohol-free ice cream flavored with bourbon, bitter cream, orange zest glaze and cherry spheres
- Uncork California Raspberry Almond Cake: Almond cake, raspberry mousse and fresh raspberries
- Strawberry Lychee Shortbread Donuts from Lamplight Lounge: Lychee-glazed donuts and strawberry shortcake crumble, served with vanilla ice cream and lychee dip
- Rosé rosé and watermelon sorbet from Salt & Straw: A ripe, pink watermelon sorbet drizzled with homemade pink raspberry jam for a crunchy acidity that carefully balances the sweetness of the wine.
